She had me at dimples. Well, not exactly, but the truth is that there is so much love and selflessness behind that smile.
Starting out as college friends, I would quickly come to see Krystal as an amazing individual with a huge heart. One so big that you can't help but question how someone can be so generous and giving.
Fast forward a few years to a mid-summer's night as we were reflecting on life while staring up at the vast clear sky filled with stars. Just as we were discussing how neither of us have ever seen a shooting star, one immediately darted across the sky. That was truly a magical moment as if our future was already written in the stars.
Shortly thereafter, we embarked on an amazing trip to Hawaii from which we came up with our greeting of "Alohun" — our made up Hawaiian term of endearment. Our adventure would continue with jumping out of a plane (twice!), adopting our son Lance, and moving into our first home together.
A few years ago, Krystal already proved in sickness that she'll stick by my side no matter what. Now, in health, it's time to drop the anchor, give my babe her dream wedding, and tie the knot.

Neyda and I have known each other since the first grade. Neyda is a beautiful, free spirited, and loving individual. One of our greatest memories is traveling to China together, just like we planned since elementary school.
Jackie and I have known each other since freshman year in high school. She always sat in front of me in school since her last name came right before mine. I decided to say “hi” and introduce myself, which is the best decision I ever made.
Diana and I have known each other for 9 years. Words cannot even describe how great of a sister she is to Ben. She is a funny, smart, generous, and caring individual. I'm glad she's my sister-to-be.
I have known Ariel since she was 8 years old. She has grown to become a beautiful, talented, and smart young lady. I am honored to have her as my junior bridesmaid.
Karen and I have become real close in a short time period. She is my karaoke partner. I thank her for dancing on the bar counter with me. Now I can cross that off my bucket list.
Marisela aka Mari and I have known each other the least amount of time, but I can always count of her. Mari has a great sense of humor and I’m glad we became friends. Can't wait for her to turn 21!
Every squad needs a hype man who doesn't take life too seriously and keeps the locker room clear of any tension. Our expeditions to Taiwan, China, and Costa Rica were unforgettable.
The deep thinker of the crew who learns and adapts quickly to adversity. We traveled to Hawaii and the boy jumped out of a plane with us no questions asked. A true ride or die friend who I can share anything with in confidence.
The X's and O's numbers tactician who takes calculated risks that often leads to W's. This guy provided me sound guidance as an Uber driver to help us slowly rebuild Lance’s college nest which has been depleted by the wedding.
The man with a strong will and work ethic; first in the gym and last to leave. One of the highlights of our friendship was swimming in the cenotes and visiting the Mayan ruins on our trip to Cancun.
This detail-oriented warrior is as dependable as they come in the battlefield. One time back in college, I dropped Nobu off at his apartment after a gym workout. It was late in the afternoon and before he got out of the car, Nobu asked me when the sun sets. I was taken aback and felt a little uncomfortable thinking he wanted to watch the sunset with me, but it was all good when Nobu explained that he needed to use touch up paint for the scratches on his car right at twilight!
Dude may forget his jersey and roll in to practice late but, like Iverson, when it's game time it's on. This boy has been rocking with me since day one and we share many memorable trips and outdoor excursions.
This Swiss-army knife soldier can play multiple positions and never backs down from any challenge on and off the court. Usually a laid-back fella who jokes around often, he is serious and focused when need be, and versatile enough to serenade the ladies with a Jamie Fox record while sipping on cognac.
We'd love to see you in your finest attire to celebrate with us! Cocktail dresses, long gowns, suits and tuxes are encouraged, but optional.
